This newly completed industrial warehouse in La Verne, California, spans 81,477 square feet and is segmented into four distinct units ranging from 15,000 SF to 27,000 SF with a clear-height of ±26'.
Its modern façade features a sleek combination of neutral tones and bold blue accents, which complement the clear, geometric lines of the structure. The building boasts (6) dock-high loading positions, (4) grade level doors and an ESFR fire suppression system to enable high-pile storage.
The building also promotes environmental responsibility with designated EV charging stations, on-site storm water filtration, and clear story windows to maximize natural light within the warehouse space. Positioned against the scenic backdrop of rolling hills, this warehouse merges functionality with contemporary design, poised to cater to various industrial and logistical needs in the region.

Employing the latest in industrial design and construction methodology, these concrete tilt-up warehouse facilities come equipped with covered loading docks, concrete site paving, 33' high ceilings, ESFR fire suppression systems, automatic dock levelers, high-efficiency commercial solar panels, and a suite of next-generation technology like LED warehouse lighting and electric HVAC and water heaters that lessen the facilities' overall carbon footprint.
