This box-in-a-box cold storage tenant improvement project consisted of reformatted approximately 50,000 SF of dry-warehouse into cold storage space with sub-slab glycol heating and ground-mounted refrigeration equipment.
5801 Ayala needed enhanced roof reinforcing to support the weight of new cooler-freezer equipment. CEG Construction retrofitted the existing roof with high-density glue lams beams.
CEG's 62,214 sq. ft., 30 ft. clear height, 7919 Paramount tenant improvement project calls for a 11,400 sq. ft. -20°F freezer, a 3,115 sq. ft. 34°F cooler, and a new shipping office and lunch room. This project's refrigeration equipment is located outside on ground level.
